Ace of Crows is a college student who makes fan content and crafts in their free time. Art styles include embroidery and digital art, cosplay (which can be found on their TikTok), and fan-edits (which can be found on their Youtube channel).In addition to her fan content, she has a passion for storytelling, media studies, sexuality and gender studies, and mental health awareness.
Embroidery Patch Commissions
To open a commission with me, please check the available slots listed on this website or on my twitter, before reaching out to me on Kofi. Please include what type of patch you want to order, any specific requests for colors or small changes. If ordering a custom patch, please contact me through Twitter or Instagram DMs and include a full reference image or description of what you want, and I will give you a pitch for pricing from there.Once I have confirmed your order, full payment must be received over Kofi before I will begin working on your order. Payment listed under pricing includes shipping cost, in USD. Payment is non refundable, unless for some reason I am unable to complete the commission. I will remain in communication with you throughout this process, sending at least two check ins as I work to complete your order.
All patches are hand-stitched by me on a felt color of your choice. A different base fabric type can be negotiated upon request. Each patch also comes with extra embroidery floss in a color of your choice for tacking onto a jacket, tote bag, or any other surface you may choose. These patches are NOT iron-on and will need to be attached by you using thread or whatever method you deem most appropriate.Examples listed under pricing includes designs I have already made myself. Other patches can be made upon request (see “Custom Patch”), and I may expand these sections later on if I have multiple requests for the same or similar designs.Intial patches were inspired by the BBMC jackets from NoPixel. I want to thank my fellow BBMC fans for inspiring me, especially @DakotaAndrew99 for his digital rendering of these patches. This has been an extremely helpful reference for me, go give him a follow!

Pricing
Simple Patch - $20
A simple patch that uses max two colors. Examples include the “STFU” patch, the black and white star patch, the “See You On The Other Side” patch, and the "No Regrets" skull patch.
One simple patch will take between 1 - 2 weeks for me to complete.
Detailed Patch - $30
A higher detail patch. Uses more than two colors, intricate stitching, and/or lots of lettering. Examples include the snake patch (can add in skull on request), the 5 skulls & roses patch, and the “Soar High” patch.
One detailed patch will take between 2 - 3 weeks for me to complete.
Name Tag Patch - $15 +
This option lets you order a custom rectangular “name tag” patch. You chose the background color & text color.
$15 base for a 4 letter name + $1 per extra letter
One name tag patch will take between 1 - 2 weeks for me to complete.
Pride Patch - $15 - $25
Order your own custom pride patch! You can either order a pride flag or pride heart, with the flag of your choice. There's also an option to mix two flags together.One pride patch will take between 1 - 2 weeks for me to complete.
Full Jacket Set - $120 - $135
This set comes with all 6 jacket sleeve patches: The 5 skulls & roses, “Soar High”, black and white star, “No Regrets” skull, “See You On The Other Side” , and snake (with or without added skull) patches.I will also include a custom “name tag” patch to this order on request for an additional $15 (regardless of name length).A full jacket set will take roughly 1 - 2 months for me to complete.
Custom Patch - $30+
Any patches used in the examples above can be tweaked slightly (change in base fabric, thread/ fabric color(s), text, size) however if none of the above are what you’re looking for then I can help you design a custom patch.
Base price is the standard value for the design's complexity ($20 for a simple patch, $30 for a detailed patch) + an additional $10 for the custom design.If you're looking for a design that is significantly more complicated than the above examples, I may need to request a higher price.Custom patches will take anywhere from 2 - 4 weeks for me to complete.
